Looking back at Q3 makes me proud and secure in escalating the further development and roll out of Cardlay on an International scale.
Cardlay launched a lot of new improvements and functionalities during Q3, for the benefit of SMEs, Large Caps, and Governmental customers. All is done for the clear vision of automating as many processes as possible for Companies.
The optimised processes give the controllers a unique overview of transactions coming into the system, and with the implemented ”automatic approval”, where admins set the rules for what is to be automatically approved – e.g. Bridge cost, penny payments, the recurring cost for software and the like.
Search & Filtering has been heavily optimized to give fast information, a structured overview, data for export, and much more to make reporting flexible. Standard reports can be chosen to be automatically sent on a regular basis for users to know if everything is reconciled, settled, and reimbursed.
Cardlay’s hierarchy for usage now counts 6 levels; Admin, Fund Manager, Card Manager, Expense Manager, Personal Expense Manager, and Cardholder. This gives a unique opportunity for both SMEs and Large Caps to secure a flexible setup on an Entity, Branch, or Team level. The new Personal Approver ability gives the opportunity to choose an approver outside of an employee’s team or entity – also to be used for “4 eyes approval”
Lastly, basic optimisation as the implementation of General Ledger to match the automatically generated categories makes the integration with ERP systems much easier to process for the Companies.
Cardlay is developing rapidly but never compromises on security, which is why an optimised process for Password generation has been developed. Cardlay still holds an extraordinary PCI DSS Level 1 Certification in both Cardlay development, Operation, and in Storage.
